Under the Data Protection Act you are entitled to see the information we hold on you.

For your own protection your email address must match the one used when you registered our products (or the one you have previously provided us with if your details have changed), for free downloaded software your email address must match the one you used when downloading the product. This is to protect you against your details being passed to the wrong person. The Data Protection Act allows 40 days for us to respond to your enquiry.
